Customer Referral Program
North Star Cyber Security are proud to introduce our Customer Referral Program (CRP). We have a lot of great customers and those great customers know other potentially great customers. With that in mind, we want to create a process that will encourage our prized customers to refer their network to North Star for any cyber security related services.
How it works
If an existing North star customer refers our services to one of their networkhe referring customer will receive a store credit reward starting from £100, after their referred customer has completed the engagement and paid.
Eligibility
All existing North Star direct clients are eligible to take advantage of the CRP.
Referral candidates cannot be a existing North Star customer.
Reward for successful referrals
When the referred customer has completed the engagement and paid, the stare credit reward will be paid to the referring customer as soon as administratively possible.
There are 4 reward levels for a successful referral based on the monetary value of the engagement. Any one referring customer cannot earn more than £10,000 annually in referral rewards. No more than £1,000 will be paid for any single referral.
How to make a referral

Candidate will be contacted to discuss requirements and agree contract.
North Star will conduct the work for the candidate.
Upon completion of the engagement, referral reward will be issued.
North Star’s MD will resolve any eligibility issues that arise during this process.
